Eucalyptus tetradonta Darwin Stringybark, Messmate
Common right across northern Australia from the northern Kimberley, through the Top End to Cape York.
Construction details:
Leaves and gumnuts - stitched with rayon thread
Stamens - polyester thread
Stems - nickel-chromium wire, wrapped with rayon thread
All hand dyed with fibre-reactive and disperse dyes
Length 32cm approximately
